Paperwork, read carefully. No clinic behind it and no doctor on the masthead.

What this site knows about you, which is close to nothing

A static site with no accounts, no forms and no mailing list. Given the subject, the less it collects the better.

People arrive at this site while worried about a medicine, sometimes about their own mood. That makes the browsing itself sensitive, and the right response is to hold as little of it as possible.

What is not collected

  • No accounts, no logins, no profiles. There is nothing to sign up for.
  • No mailing list. This site has no newsletter and no email service connected to it, so there is nowhere for an address to be stored even if you sent one.
  • No forms. There is no contact form, no quiz, no symptom checker and no questionnaire anywhere on the site.
  • No advertising network, no retargeting pixel, no social-media tracker, no third-party analytics script.

What the server sees

These pages are plain files served by a web server. Like every web server, it writes ordinary request logs: an IP address, a timestamp, the page requested, and the browser's own user-agent string. Those logs exist to keep the site running and secure. They are not combined with anything else, not sold, and not used to build a profile of anyone.

Cookies

This site sets none. Nothing here needs to remember you between visits, so there is no cookie banner to dismiss either.

Two links on one page go to outside companies and carry a commission tag; they are described where they sit and again on money and refusals. Once you follow any outbound link — including the links to regulator documents — you are on someone else's site under their privacy policy, not this one. Regulator sites are linked because reading the source yourself is the point of this project.

Your rights, and how little there is to exercise them on

If you are covered by the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR or a comparable law, you have rights of access, correction and erasure over personal data a site holds about you. In practice, this one holds no record that identifies you beyond those server logs. Write to [email protected] and we will tell you honestly what exists, which is very little.

Changes

If any of this changes — an analytics tool, say, or a service that requires something to be stored — this page is updated before the change goes live, with the date on it. This version was written on 24 September 2026.
